Menu Driven System - easy to learn, easy to use. Menu screens lead to the many functions provided by Returnity Asset Manager.  (Click Here)
Asset Registration Form: For adding assets, deleting assets, and editing information about an asset .  (Click Here)   Click on the "Transaction" button to see all transactions for the asset. (Click Here)  Click on the "Repair" button to see all repairs for the asset. (Click Here)  Use the "Search" section of the form to locate registration information for any asset of any type. A digital photo of the asset may be attached to the asset registration form. When this is done, a "See Photo" button appears on the form for the asset.  (Click Here)
Transaction Form: For recording each transaction that occurs for each asset.  Transactions are added, edited, and deleted using this form.  (Click Here)  When the transaction is "Out for Repair" or "In from Repair", a companion repair record form opens automatically as well. Use the "Search" section of the form to locate transactions for any asset of any type. A digital photo of the asset may be attached to the transaction form. This is useful for recording damage or mistreatment of an asset. When a photo is attached to a transaction, a "See Photo" button appears on the form for that transaction.
Listings: A variety of form-based listings are available on the Listings Menu.  (Click Here)  Each listing provides the users capability to sort on any number of a variety of fields. Most listings provide a "Report" button for previewing and printing reports. The report corresponding to a listing is printed with the same sort sequence as that selected by the user on the listing. Many listings provide links to either asset registration or asset transaction details.
Asset Age Listing: User selects asset type, clicks "Go" button. Listing displays age of each asset of selected type. User may sort on any one of a variety of fields. User can view registration data for any asset by clicking a "Detail" button. Summary information is provided at foot of the form. (Click Here)   User clicks "Report" button to open Asset Age Report. Asset Deployment Listing: User selects asset type, clicks "Go" button. Listing displays asset distribution summary. User clicks "See" button to see all assets in selected last transaction category. User clicks "Detail" button to see last transaction detail for any asset. User clicks "E-mail" button to open e-mail message to employee.  (Click Here)
Asset Status Listing: User selects asset type, clicks "Go" button.   Listing displays status (last transaction) of each asset of selected asset type. User clicks "Detail" button to see last transaction detail for any asset. (Click Here)  User clicks "E-mail" button to open e-mail message to employee. User clicks "Report" button to open Asset Status Report. (Click Here)
Overdue Assets: "Overdue Assets" button automatically appears whenever one or more assets are overdue for check-in. User clicks button to see listing of overdue assets. (Click Here)   User clicks "E-mail" button to open e-mail message to employee to whom asset was checked-out.. User clicks "Report" button to see details of "Check-Out" transaction.
Asset Cycles: The user selects any asset type, then any period for which data are available. The "Asset Cycle Report" displays all complete "Check-Out" / "Check-In" cycles for the asset type. Summary information is provided at the bottom of the report. (Click Here)
Administrative Functions: The Administrator Menu is the gateway to key administrative functions where lists (Asset Types, Personnel, Departments, etc.) are managed, staff security permissions are granted, preferences are established, and other settings suitable to the department's environment are made.   (Click Here)
Security: Returnity Asset Manager requires name and password sign-on. A person authorized to use Asset Manager is designated either an "Administrator" or a "User". Only those designated as an "Administrator" may access the administrator screens. Only an "Administrator" may register new assets.
Permissions: Permission to "Add", "Edit", and "Delete" transaction records are granted separately to each authorized individual. Some personnel may have none of these permissions and hence, can only view records and reports. Others, may have permission for one or any combination of these actions.
Fully Customizable: Several lists (Asset Types, Department Names, Personnel Names, etc.) provide data for form entry  These lists are fully customizable by the user to suit the user environment. (Click Here)  Other feature options, such as auto-generation of asset numbers and record archiving rules are established by the administrator.   (Click Here)
Network Installation: Returnity Asset Manager is highly suitable for network installation.
Sample Case Records: Asset Manager is shipped with a number of sample records. This is to enable the user to become familiar with Asset Manager's many features without the user first needing to enter their own records. A special screen is provided for deleting the sample records when the user is ready for "real world" deployment. 
User Guide: The Returnity Asset Manager User Guide provides a complete guide to installation, preference setting, purpose of each menu item, and use of all screens, forms, and reports. The User Guide, in the form of a Microsoft PowerPoint file, is installed along with Asset Manager. It provides a basis for training as well.
